Dr. Russell moved to Odessa in 1975 and opened the doors of Audio Acoustics Hearing Center. He later opened offices in Midland, Lubbock, Plainview, and Roswell. He graduated with his Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University in Arizona in the Sumer of 2011. He graduated with his Master of Arts degree from Memphis State University in 1973. He graduated from Hardin Simmons University with his Bachelor of Arts in 1971. Dr. Russell is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and serves on the Board of Directors as PAC treasurer of the Texas Academy of Audiology. He holds the national certification, the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is state board licensed. In addition to serving patients in the Odessa office, Dr. Russell also provides services at outlying clinics in Big Spring, Pecos, Ft. Stockton, Monahans and Alpine. Dr. Russell and his wife Patsy have been married for thirty-seven years. He has two children and four grandchildren. He is a member at Mission Dorado Baptist Church where he serves as the chairman of the deacons. He is also an active member of the Gideons, where he is past president and has served on many committees. Dr. Russell enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and golf.
