WMH offers a comprehensive surgical program staffed by a team of specialized medical and rehabilitation professionals. This program guides patients through every step of the process, from initial consultation to post-operative recovery, making healthcare more accessible and reducing the need for lengthy trips to distant facilities.



Our General Surgeons perform a variety of common procedures:
Colonoscopy and endoscopy
Appendectomy
Gallbladder surgery
Hernia repairs, including inguinal, umbilical, epigastric, ventral and incisional hernias
Skin lesion removal, including sebaceous cysts, lipomas, skin tags and certain skin cancers
Abscess treatment and pilonidal disease procedures
Wound care services, including debridement and wound VAC placement
Chemotherapy port placement and removal
Vasectomy and circumcision
Colon resection or repair of perforated duodenal ulcer

These minimally invasive methods result in shorter hospital stays and quicker recovery times. Nevertheless, open surgery remains the preferred option for certain conditions.
