Physical Therapist -PRN

Reporting and accountable to the Director of Physical Therapy, the Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and administering physical agents utilized in physical medicine to patients as directed by a physican.

Education and Experience Required:
Must be a graduate of a CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program and be licensed by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Acute in-patient, swingbed and an interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy required. Wound care experience or willingness to learn preferred. Prefer bilingual, but not required.

Special skills required of the Physical Therapist include professional demeanor, be customer service motivated and be able to communicate effectively with patients, family, and healthcare personnel.
