Biography:

Shane Bailey, PA-C obtained his Master's Degree of Physician Assistant from the Texas Tech University in Lubbock Texas in 2013. He is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Life Support.

Mr. Bailey grew up in the communities near the Dallas area. He started working as a Basic Emergency Medical Technician in 2001. Obtained certification as an EMT-Paramedic in 2003 and continued to provide emergency prehospital care to communities in the DFW area until starting PA program in 2011. After obtaining National and Texas Certifications for Physician Assistant he worked in multiple Emergency Departments including John Peter Smith and Baylor Scott and White Hospital systems in the DFW area. He has also gained experience in Geriatric Medicine through his work with rehabilitation facilities over the past 4 years. He now resides locally in Monahans with his wife of 20 years and 4 children.

Shane began working at Ward Memorial Emergency Department in 2019 with a staffing agency. He joined the team full time in 2020 and continues to provide exceptional care to the community.
