I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from Sul Ross State University. I have extensive experience helping adults struggling with anxiety, work and family stress, and depression.
I focus on providing coping skills to empower you as you work through these concerns. My approach is very laid back, creating a space where you can be yourself and focus on what you need. I want you to leave each session feeling that you were able to cover everything important to you.
